This Privacy Policy explains how MOHSPRO TECHNICAL SERVICES INC ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information about users of Mohspro Technician (the "App"). If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the App.

The App is a workforce tool for Mohspro technicians to view scheduled appointments and operational details, track appointment time (check‑in/check‑out), and record the number of cases performed (histopathology). The App is not designed to store patient medical records or protected health information (PHI) and should not be used for that purpose.

1) Who We Are (Controller)

2) Information We Collect

We collect only what is needed to operate the App and your account:

  • Account & Authentication: phone number; one‑time verification codes sent by SMS (codes expire within ~2 minutes and are not stored after verification); device push token (for notifications).
  • Profile & Role: your name and role, and the organization/clinic you're assigned to (if provided by your administrator).
  • Operational Data: scheduled appointments and related operational details (time, company, site location, names of doctors/managers as business contact info), check‑in/check‑out timestamps, number of cases performed.
  • Technical Logs: basic device and app information (e.g., OS version, app version, language, time zone), and standard server logs for security and debugging.
  • Support Communications: information you provide when contacting us (e.g., email address and message contents).

We do not collect precise location, contacts, photos/media, microphone, camera data, analytics for advertising, or in‑app purchase/payment data.

3) How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Authenticate users via SMS code and maintain accounts.
  • Display schedules and operational details relevant to your work.
  • Send push notifications (e.g., appointment reminders, check‑in/check‑out prompts).
  • Record operational metrics (check‑in/out timestamps, number of cases) for internal reporting.
  • Provide support, maintain security, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
  • Comply with legal obligations and our agreements with clients.

4) Legal Bases (where applicable, e.g., EU/UK/Serbia)

  • Performance of a contract (to provide the App and its core features).
  • Legitimate interests (to secure and improve the App, maintain audit logs, and ensure operational accuracy), balanced against your rights.
  • Consent (for push notifications where required, and for receiving SMS verification messages).
  • Legal obligations (e.g., responding to lawful requests).

5) Sharing & Disclosure

We may share information with:

  • Service Providers (Processors): cloud hosting, database, SMS gateway for authentication codes, and push notification providers (Apple Push Notification service and/or Firebase Cloud Messaging). These providers process data on our behalf under contracts that require appropriate safeguards.
  • Your Organization/Administrators: administrators may view operational data relevant to scheduling and workforce management.
  • Legal & Safety: to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect rights, safety, and security.
  • Business Transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

We do not sell personal information and we do not use third‑party advertising SDKs.

6) Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide the App and for legitimate business purposes, including record‑keeping, auditing, and legal compliance. Operational records (e.g., check‑in/out and case counts) may be retained for longer periods consistent with our contractual or regulatory obligations. When data is no longer needed, we will delete or anonymize it.

7) Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal data, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8) International Data Transfers

If data is transferred across borders, we use appropriate safeguards required by applicable law (e.g., standard contractual clauses where applicable).

9) Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data; to object to or restrict processing; and to request portability. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent (e.g., marketing—though we do not send marketing through the App).

  • California (CCPA/CPRA): residents may have rights to know, delete, correct, and to opt out of "sharing" for cross‑context behavioral advertising (we do not engage in such sharing).
  • EU/UK/Serbia: you may have rights under GDPR‑style laws and the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

10) Children's Privacy

The App is intended for professional use and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

11) Permissions & Notifications

The App does not request access to location, contacts, photos/media, microphone, or camera. The App uses push notifications to support scheduling and time tracking. You can disable notifications in device settings.

12) Do Not Track & Cookies

The App does not respond to "Do Not Track" signals. We do not use cookies within the mobile app; limited SDKs may be used solely to enable core functionality (e.g., push notifications).

13) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via the App or other reasonable means prior to the change becoming effective. Continued use of the App indicates your acknowledgment of the updated Policy.
